While Phil has always loved technology and innovation, he wanted more human connection and the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s everyday lives. That journey led him to the beauty industry, where he discovered a deep appreciation for the talented professionals, lasting client relationships, and sense of community that make a great salon special.
Today, Phil owns three salons across Colorado’s Front Range, from Loveland and Westminster to Denver and the Denver Tech Center, along with a medical aesthetics spa. His focus is on supporting talented teams, investing in education and professional growth, and building businesses where both employees and guests feel valued.
Phil believes technology and AI have an important role in the future, but nothing replaces the human connection at the heart of a great client experience. He looks forward to continuing to grow his businesses while preserving what matters most: the people behind them.
