Join Our Associate Program
Our Associate Program is one of Colorado’s most respected and refined training paths for new stylists. We’ve moved beyond the traditional "apprentice" model. Our associates aren’t just helpers or observers. They’re active partners in the client experience, working side-by-side with top stylists to build real, elevated skills in a luxury setting.
In our program, you’ll gain the tools needed to develop strong technical skills, polished guest handling, consistency, and professional confidence. Dozens of stylists have launched their careers through this program. Many of whom are now mentors, educators, and industry leaders nationwide!
What You’ll Get:
- Weekly hands on education with your mentor, customized to your learning goals and their guest schedule
- Bi-weekly classes, led by salon educators
- Immersive experience in all stages of the guest experience
- Exposure to advanced cutting, color, and styling techniques
- Service/product knowledge and retail success strategies
- Progress reviews and performance check-ins
- Opportunities to assist at events, fashion shows, and shoots
- “Opportunity Days” to begin building your own clientele
Stylist Opportunities
We welcome artists who are ready to take their career to the next level. Whether you’re bringing your own clientele or looking to grow in a luxury salon environment, Matthew Morris provides the platform, tools, and support for long-term success. We will carefully match your level to reflect your skills and expertise.
What You’ll Receive:
- Competitive, experience based commission rate (up to 50%)
- Retail commission of up to 20% depending on sales volume
- Opportunities to mentor new associates
- Access to continued education and in-salon classes
- Opportunity to participation in editorial work, fashion shows (such as NYFW), and brand events
