Ramon jumped into the salon world at just 15, starting in a chic Cherry Creek salon where his passion for beauty and people took off. He’s since worked with some of the best hairstylists and luxury retailers in the business, mastering both the art of style and the magic of an unforgettable guest experience. After years with the Aveda Institute—where he shared his know-how in customer care and retail excellence—Ramon joined the ranks of top stylists behind the chair, serving up high-end hair and good vibes for more than 15 years. After a little time to recharge, he’s back and glowing, bringing his sparkle, expertise, and signature elevated energy to the MM DTC team as our Guest Relations Coordinator.
