Pia Torres

Pia has been in the beauty industry since 2011, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience, creativity, and leadership to her role. She joined Matthew Morris Salon as an apprentice in 2018, briefly stepped away to pursue a career in makeup while managing in the beauty industry, and returned as a Guest Relations Coordinator, working her way into managing the DTC location.

Pia’s love for beauty runs deep, rooted in the strength and resilience of the women in her family. Her grandmother began selling cosmetics to support her children, and her aunt followed in her footsteps, building a successful career with the same Latin American beauty company. For Pia, beauty is more than just products—it’s a pathway to independence, confidence, and empowerment.

Today, she brings that same spirit to her leadership—creating an environment where both guests and team members feel seen, supported, and inspired.
